Because of Covid, we waited 2 years before setting up our first appointment with Dr. Pepin, to have our teeth checked. Dr. Pepin was very professional. He was kind and honest, and he and his staff welcomed us both. Being new patients, we have set up other appointments with him for cleanings and future checkups, and actually look forward to going back to Dr. Pepin. We are both in our 70's and it is nice to know we made the right choice in selecting Dr. Pepin to be our Dentist.

Dr Pepin and his Staff are absolutely amazing. They made us feel like part of the family right from the start. Fantastic Dentist and Staff! We needed a new Dentist after our Dentist retired and we were referred to Dr Pepin from a friend. Best Choice we could have made! I had a dental problem when I came to Dr Pepin and he took care of me right away, very grateful to him and his staff. This place is the BEST!

I am dreadfully afraid of going to the dentist!! Today I went in because I lost a filling :( Usually I need a SHOT and a lot of TLC. Dr. Pepin was very informative about what to expect and I was able to go it without that SHOT! It was the easiest and most relaxing appointment I ever experienced. ME! fearer of dentists. I even had a second filling fixed! Who would have thunk it!! Thanks Dr. Pepin!! ;)

Love Love Love this office! I am very happy that I got a referral to here. I just brought my son (5) and daughter (3) to Dr. Pepin and I could not be happier. You can tell that he loves what he's doing. He is very informative and kind. He explains everything and is happy to answer any questions. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Today was a family trip to the dentist. With a one-year-old son, I have been dreading this appointment since birth. However, Dr. Pepin and his staff were WONDERFUL! My son can't stop talking about his teeth and his visit. Everyone was so patient and kind and make me look forward to the dentist form now on. Highly reccommend!

My 10 year old daughter cracked her tooth at 2pm in the town of Beecher about 30 miles from Crivitz. Mind you the day before the 4th of July weekend. Dr. Pepin was the only dentist open and/or willing to wait for my daughter and my mother to get there. As I was stuck in Appleton not knowing what else to do to help her. From what my daughter and mother say Dr. Pepin was amazing. You would have never known he was in a rush, took his time to find the root of the problem. Ended up just needing a filling but not only did he stop to help a little girl in pain but saved our families vacation. My Mother's words after she left were "I think we will all just drive to Dr. Pepin's office for all our dental needs." Can't thank everyone enough!

Recently I have had to use Dr. Pepin's emergency weekend services, I would like to thank him and his wife Veronica for their kindness and caring dealing with me. I was unfortunate enough to have a crown come off after flossing on Friday night, 10:20 p.m. to be exact. I was startled so I called them and they answered my questions and made arrangements to help me the next day, Saturday afternoon Dr. Pepin put the crown back on for me, and I did not have to worry about having it start to become painful over the weekend. I would really like to thank him.

My two daughters and I have been patients of Dr. Pepin since moving "up nort" 7 years ago. Dr. Pepin and all of the staff have been wonderful. Both of my daughters have gone thru braces with an orthodontist, and Dr. Pepin was great at coordinating care. Dr. Pepin is very honest, and always explains exactly what his treatment plans involve. I trust that he does the procedures that need to be done, but I also trust that he does not go "overboard" and do anything that is not necessary. Scheduling is always easy (even when I have to change appointment with busy teens!), and my insurance is always handled efficiently. I have never encountered a problem with any aspect of care - from receptionist thru the service and the billing. Great job - I highly recommend Dr. Pepin!

I needed a new Dentist and my friends told me about Dr. Pepin. You know how it is, not wanting to look for another Dentist, well it's the best thing I have ever done!! I am so happy with his work, and never mind going to visit them all. My husband also is happy with them and Dr. Pepin!!!

There is an art to being a perfect dentist and Dr. Pepin has mastered it. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable but he is also personable. For someone petrified to go to the dentist, that is a winning combination. I had a horrible childhood experience with a dentist. Thanks to Dr. Pepin, I am no longer petrified to go to a dentist. Through the years, he has demonstrated his knowledge in the procedures that he has done. His manner puts me at ease since he explains everything that he is doing, step by step. He can carry on a light conversation that is calming. His dental hygienists are also very easy to get along with, in addition, they do an excellent job! If your are looking for a dentist that you can place your faith in and relax during the procedures, then he is the dentist to go to!

Oh my gosh....where can I begin? I am a BIG baby when it comes to dentists which occurred from a bad experience in my childhood. But....Dr. Pepin is the ultimate best!!!! I am not afraid of anything he does. He explains everything in detail which then I'm prepared and not anticipating the worst. I've had a crown put in by Dr. Pepin and it was a piece of cake!! I would recommend Dr. Pepin to all you baby's out there since I am the biggest ever! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Our family has been going to Dr. Pepins office for our dental needs for almost 10 years now. The staff is always friendly and courteous and Dr. Pepin is very comforting and professional. They also were up to date on insurance co-pays which can be a hassle. I recommend their office to anyone.

I was in Crivitz, time for a good cleaning & check up. They were able to get me an appointment near the end of their work day which was great with my schedule. Soft music was playing to relax my nerves. Anne was very attentive, asking about my visit and family, sounding very sincere. Offering suggestions for fun things to do in the area. Dr. Pepin did the final check - all was okay. I left the office with a peace of mind knowing my teeth/mouth is healthy. Upon leaving Brenda extended an invitation to my friends and relatives in the area to drop by the office. I look forward to my return visit. Oh yes, I received a new toothbrush, paste, & more. Thanks.

Since moving to Crivitz 6 years ago, my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Pepin. He has always been kind and efficient with us and our dental needs. His hygienists are thorough and gentle. We appreciate the office staff as well. They make it easy for us to schedule appointments and are always available for questions. Dr. Pepin, his assistants and staff make up a complete package for exceptional dental care!

I and my husband have been patients of Dr. Pepin for 5 or 6 years. We appreciate that he explains the treatments with us. He offers up options when appropriate and always helps by educating us about them. Dr. Pepin and the staff are very friendly and efficient. We feel comfortable going for our appointments. My husband, Allan, and I have been patients for several years. We are very happy with everything about the office, Dr. Pepin, and the staff. But the reason I wanted to write is because Al is in a wheelchair and Dr. Pepin and the staff are so good about transferring him to the dental chair and helping him feel comfortable. It really means alot to us both and is a service that goes above and beyond.
