There is an art to being a perfect dentist and Dr. Pepin has mastered it. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable but he is also personable. For someone petrified to go to the dentist, that is a winning combination. I had a horrible childhood experience with a dentist. Thanks to Dr. Pepin, I am no longer petrified to go to a dentist. Through the years, he has demonstrated his knowledge in the procedures that he has done. His manner puts me at ease since he explains everything that he is doing, step by step. He can carry on a light conversation that is calming. His dental hygienists are also very easy to get along with, in addition, they do an excellent job! If your are looking for a dentist that you can place your faith in and relax during the procedures, then he is the dentist to go to!

Oh my gosh....where can I begin? I am a BIG baby when it comes to dentists which occurred from a bad experience in my childhood. But....Dr. Pepin is the ultimate best!!!! I am not afraid of anything he does. He explains everything in detail which then I'm prepared and not anticipating the worst. I've had a crown put in by Dr. Pepin and it was a piece of cake!! I would recommend Dr. Pepin to all you baby's out there since I am the biggest ever! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Our family has been going to Dr. Pepins office for our dental needs for almost 10 years now. The staff is always friendly and courteous and Dr. Pepin is very comforting and professional. They also were up to date on insurance co-pays which can be a hassle. I recommend their office to anyone.

I was in Crivitz, time for a good cleaning & check up. They were able to get me an appointment near the end of their work day which was great with my schedule. Soft music was playing to relax my nerves. Anne was very attentive, asking about my visit and family, sounding very sincere. Offering suggestions for fun things to do in the area. Dr. Pepin did the final check - all was okay. I left the office with a peace of mind knowing my teeth/mouth is healthy. Upon leaving Brenda extended an invitation to my friends and relatives in the area to drop by the office. I look forward to my return visit. Oh yes, I received a new toothbrush, paste, & more. Thanks.

Since moving to Crivitz 6 years ago, my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Pepin. He has always been kind and efficient with us and our dental needs. His hygienists are thorough and gentle. We appreciate the office staff as well. They make it easy for us to schedule appointments and are always available for questions. Dr. Pepin, his assistants and staff make up a complete package for exceptional dental care!

I and my husband have been patients of Dr. Pepin for 5 or 6 years. We appreciate that he explains the treatments with us. He offers up options when appropriate and always helps by educating us about them. Dr. Pepin and the staff are very friendly and efficient. We feel comfortable going for our appointments. We are very fortunate to have an experienced dentist, as Dr. Pepin is, in Crivitz.

My husband, Allan, and I have been patients for several years. We are very happy with everything about the office, Dr. Pepin, and the staff. But the reason I wanted to write is because Al is in a wheelchair and Dr. Pepin and the staff are so good about transferring him to the dental chair and helping him feel comfortable. It really means alot to us both and is a service that goes above and beyond.
